Kolesterol tinggi tidak hanya menjadi masalah bagi usia lanjut; gaya hidup modern membuat anak muda lebih rentan mengalaminya. Berikut beberapa kebiasaan pagi yang perlu diwaspadai.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1219\"><strong data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1219\">1. Melewatkan Sarapan<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1670\">Tidak sedikit anak muda yang memilih untuk tidak sarapan karena alasan terburu-buru atau ingin menurunkan berat badan.
